WRITER / DIRECTOR ALINA PODSCHUN Alina wants her movies to not just entertain, but at the same time answer fundamental psychological questions. Movies, in her opinion, are nothing more than another research tool optimally suited to exploring how and why people are the way they are. Her last script, SAMPLE, was awarded an Honourable Mention at New Renaissance Film Festival 2018 
PRODUCER THEA HERRMANN There are two topics particularly able to inspire Thea: movies/movie production and sustainable lifestyle(s). Already holding a degree in Mediamanagement from Cologne, Thea now studies Film Studies in Berlin and in addition is engaged in film production. She can thus look back on experiences in several German and international TV and movie productions. Within METANOIA, she assumes responsibility as a producer, always striving to connect the two topics of particular interest to her. 
WRITER / CO-PRODUCER VICY OESTERLE Vicy is a true alrounder in the creative industry; she loves to express herself as an actress and can also draw on experience from working as a narrator and in German TV. With Metanoia, she focuses most on Script development and production. 
DOP JENS SCHIWECK Knowing Jens, one could almost think that working for the German TV Station ARD is just his sideline. Jens fills his time with working on as many ambitious and interesting film shoots as he can, making him the go-to guy for any equipment-related questions.
